El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant at 2364 Forest Hills Road West, Wilson, North Carolina.

I have been to this place many times and have spent at least a thousand dollars or more. I have never had any issues until today. The manager prepared my food I had ordered the cheese dip to go. She did not put the top on it good and it spilled all over my lap and burned me. I proceeded to let her know what had happened and she got very irate and acted crazy basically accused me of lying and said it wasn't her fault and if I wanted another cheese dip that I would have to pay for it. Which I would have accepted except for the fact that she acted like a maniac and accused me of lying. I have been going there off and on for at least two yrs. And have spent plenty of money and because of her negligence I got burned. She was so rude and uncaring over a 3 dollar cheese dip. I work in customer service and I would never treat a customer that way. If I did my owner would fire me on the spot.That is so unprofessional and poor management. I will never spend another penny there and regret any that I have. I am a kind person that would never want to write a bad word about anyone but I have never in my life seen a manager so hateful. Do not go there. They take your money will not admit to a mistake and do not care if their customers are happy.
